McDonalds IT were charged with converting us from a standard MS Office - Exchange setup to Google Apps.

We have a staff and contract support of around 26 people and decided to drop Outlook and go with full Google Apps, Gmail etc all using Web based applications. A few teething problems as expected but overall this has been a great move for us and all done efficiently and remotely by McDonalds IT.

McDonalds IT recently installed our new Gmail/Cloud system & replaced all our old hardware. The installation of the new system was done with minimal disruption to our day-to-day work & our company is thrilled with the results.

Our new Dropbox system is fabulous & so easy to use/find documents. As the trainers within Communicate are often off-site it now allows them instant access to their emails, documents & calendar.
