The last 18 months have seen our customer base grow and diversify all across the country, something that we’ve been very excited about. And with that growth comes the necessity to finally expand.
We’re very proud to announce that we have officially opened a branch in Auckland to support our customer base in the region. At McDonalds IT we’ve always put the customers’ needs first, with the hope that it will pay off in a way that no amount of paid marketing can, and it appears to be working.
We pride ourselves on delivering a level of support larger IT providers often neglect or outsource, and the reason for that is very simple. The best business we will ever get will come from word-of-mouth. Nothing will show your organizations best (or worst!) traits faster or more effectively than how your customers feel, think and talk about you, and we’re very happy and thankful to all of you for singing our praises.
We’ve expanded to ensure our increasing customer base doesn’t affect our support levels, our top priority and we will strive to not only a consistent service but an increasingly valuable one as our staff and expertise increase.
