We often post blogs about technology or trends in the IT world. However this week I wanted to share a few thank you's to my fantastic team. Being the owner of McDonalds IT I often get caught up in striving to maintain such high standards and this puts an enormous pressure on my team. We don't employee pure technical people and therefore all members of the team have to wear several hats; sales and technical. They do a tremendous job and I thank all of them.

Many small businesses face tough times and many fail, however where McDonalds IT succeeds is in the togetherness of the staff. Over the last few months we have had a birth, a death, a marriage and a birth in the pipeline. I know this because we care about the staff and get involved in the personal lives of my staff.

Our customers also play a huge roll in our business and having great customers keeps the staff happy too. We are fortunate that all our customers are a pleasure to deal with and in recent weeks we have had many more customers join us on our journey to maintain our position as New Zealand's leading customer focused technology service provider.
