Under the Gold Plan we provide unlimited remote and onsite break-fix, monitoring, maintenance and management on a ongoing monthly basis. System monitoring will take place daily, maintenance performed weekly & monthly to suit your business and management meetings held onsite monthly or bi-monthly.
